Letter to NAACP

NAACP - Reverse Discrimination

The letter we sent to the NAACP CEO and the Board Members on August 20,2010 remained ignored..No reply at all…. Here it is :To: Mr. Benjamin Todd Jealous, President and CEO CC: Mr. Roger Vann, Steven Hawkins, Brenda Watkins Noel, Judge Laura Blackburn, Roslyn Brock, Leon W. Russell, Jesse Turner, Jr., Hilary O. Shelton, Leila McDowell, Monique Morris, Vic Bullock, Kia Heath, Rev. Nelson Rivers, Alice Huffman”WE THE PEOPLE  of the United States, to form a more perfect union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all HUMANS are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

“Dear President Jealous and all Board Members:
We the people, Kathrina and Eppaphroditus do not see any other solution but to inform you of the horrible and unbelievable events we have experienced, perpetrated by the members of the Executive Committee, of our Monterey County, NAACP Branch.

Eppaphroditus is a member of the NAACP and serves as a member on the Executive Committee of the Monterey County NAACP Branch in Seaside, California.

Kathrina is the President of the Monterey County NAACP #1049 Branch in Seaside, California.

We have a story to tell, if not corrected it will take the NAACP back to the beginning in 1908 AND ERODE IT’S FOUNDATION, if we share this story with our fellow humans (The reasons the NAACP was created: The Practice of Lynching and the Race Riots in Springfield IL) we know we will receive their support and help. People do not like to be discriminated or insulted.. PLEASE GIVE US A REASON NOT TO, SO THAT ALL OF THE ELEMENTS THAT CREATED THE FOUNDATION OF THE NAACP WILL NEVER BE REMOVED).

You have accused the “Tea Party” of racism and allowing its members to be racist without policing them.  If you believe the things written in the NAACP  Mission Statement and Vision Statement, then you must do the right thing, by making things right for Kathrina, Eppie and all of our fellow humans, so we can have a clean, clear and productive heart as we continue to create a sustainable foundation, for the NAACP, America and the world .

We have prayed, emailed, called and written many letters to you and the members, and yet, no one has ever created a sustainable foundation for correcting and making thing right, so we are doing the right thing, by asking for your Love, Honor and Respect..       Please Respond!!!

This is our last request for a response, before we go outside the NAACP and its KINGDOM OF LOVE.

The radical hatred, racial discrimination, verbal and emotional lynching, racist treatments, insults, disrespect and harassment should have never happened to us, at least not by ANGELS of the NAACP. They should never feel, look, think or act like this, for WE ARE NOT a Branch of the KKK or SS.

The discrimination, insults and ugly racial treatment we were receiving for many months culminated at the last General Meeting of our Branch on June 24, 2010. We do not have any other choices: we either discuss or correct all these matters with you TODAY!! Or ASK OUR FELLOW HUMANS FOR LOVE, HONOR, RESPECT AND FREEDOM. Equal treatment, equal opportunity must be for ALL.

If this was your experience, what would you do and what would you want other humans to do?

Eppaphroditus is the BLACK shade of natures color band, male whose family members were West Indian Slavery victims. Eppaphroditus was not born in America and growing up in Trinidad and Tobago, has never experience racism, but he always remembers and felt the pain, sorrow and heartaches of our ancestors as they went from Africa through the middle passage on the devils ships of hate, they just took our ancestors to a different hell hole. He was also a member and on the Executive Committee in the Oakland Branch in 1998 and served on the Labor and Industry Committee with President Shannon Reeves and Carter Gilmore.

Kathrina is of WHITE shade and different faith. She was not born in America either. However as a dedicated citizen of USA while  elected member of the local School District Governing Board and later serving as elected College Trustee of local College Board  for over 20 years she worked hard and initiated many significant changes in education that benefited all young students , the members of minority groups and the residents at large. She was a Chair of Jesse Jackson ” For President” in  Monterey County, one of the organizers of the first ever M.L.King March in Seaside, Chair of Monterey County Democratic Central Committee, Vice Chair and Co-Founder of California Democratic Party Rainbow Caucus, Executive Board Member and Delegate to California Democratic Party and Chair of Jewish Democratic Club – Monterey /Santa Cruz County. She is a member of NAACP since 1980. . She supported and worked with many Presidents of the local NAACP #1049 Branch on many crucial educational and civil issues since 1980.

The NAACP is our ship of love. We are also Humans, Americans and NAACP Angels.

The NAACP is the foundation of hope and one of the elements of light, for the shining city on the Mountain Top (America), and for all Americans and the world.

All the founders of the NAACP, our ancestors and all humans are waiting for your gift of love and freedom!!! THE NAACP must and cannot allow its members to think, practice and perform racism and the modern-day version, TERRORISM.

– ..Yet the real story of the nation’s most significant civil rights organization lies in the hearts and minds of the people who would not stand idly by while the rights of America’s darker citizens were denied. From bold investigations of mob brutality, protests of mass murders, segregation and discrimination, to testimony before congressional committees on the vicious tactics used to bar African-Americans from the ballot box, it was the talent and tenacity of NAACP members that saved lives and changed many negative aspects of American society.  While much of NAACP history is chronicled in books, articles, pamphlets and magazines, the true movement lies in the faces–the diverse multiracial army of ordinary women and men from every walk of life, race and class–united to awaken the consciousness of a people and a nation. The NAACP will remain vigilant in its mission until the promise of America is made real for all Americans.
